These failings then cause a domino effect as the employee perfomance causes my next failing which is,

The brand itself and how it is causing poor consumer mental health.

We are not following a framework for the transformational plan we are just taking parts of different frameworks to apply to different areas of our plan.

My seccond question is, if we set 2-3 smart objectives, Can we still add other things that we would implement into our plans even if they are not our smart objectives, such as HR surveys and smaller scale changes. or does that come into to project management?

Just wanted to double check 2 things with you for my peace of mind!

1 - I know you have kindly stated that the word count is a guide. I have since been doing my assignment without a word count and I am probably sitting at around 1500-1750 words. In the module handbook it does state that 1000 words is the Max, can you please assure me that we definitely will not be peanalised with word count and only the time of the presentation?

2 - I have been doing a social media brand with implemented fashion commerce using the exact same leadership principles of a lack of ethics and whilst yourself, Carly and Julie have all approved this I just wanted to clarify that this is okay as the module hand book does suggest a fashion brand.

I am just a bit confused about whether we are supposed to be developing a project charter or describing what one is due to the wording on the things we are supposed to include as it states “describe a project charter”?

Please can you advise with the project management plan roadmap if we use the same targets as our smart objectives for the roadmap? I have used the same targets, but gone into more detail on the roadmap about how these will be achieved? hope this makes sense :)

Can I say my brand can implement a DEI strategy? or is this what is included in the inclusion strategy?

As I've found an article on BOF speaking about how to create an inclusive workplace - in which it gives examples of other brands/ CEO doing these things and why they are important, so I was going to use this as my main point and then go on to speak about how my brand can implement a DEI strategy to do so? Is this okay?
