There is a need for more creativity and professor involvement with students in the departments that include computer science courses. There is a lack of freedom in assignments that are given in CS courses, and when the courses are being taught, there are a lot of general powerpoints and slides that the professors lecture from. For a hands on environment, there are a lot of CS classes that lack the activities to provide students with a true hands-on experience.
