This cold air mass is more dense than the warm air mass (red) and so the air is dropping into the warm air. This can also represent how a hurricane or storm works, because as water is dropping on to the ground, high humidity causes a huge amount of water to evaporate. The low pressure system occurs when the centre of a region of air is lower than the surroundings, often defined as close isobars. The air gets sucked in, in a ‘cyclone’, or a depression. The air goes up, forming clouds and rain, which are commonly related to low pressure systems.

I think the flame is sucking the the air inside the water down to fuel but since in never reaches it  creates that spinning motion.

This is so we can learn how the low pressured water enters the high pressured water.
