During his more than seven years with the firm, Shaun Hayes primarily advised individual clients on estate and retirement planning and earned three District Manager of the Year awards as a Vice President. He later worked five years as a senior financial advisor at Merrill Lynch office before moving to McElhenny Sheffield Capital Management in 2017 to serve clients in a completely independent setting. In this capacity, Shaun Hayes manages the investment portfolios of over 100 clients in accordance with their goals and desired risk levels. He is particularly interested in value investing and seeks out companies for investment that appear attractive after a period of being out of favor. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a board member for the faith-based media enterprise Faith for Today and finance committee member for Burton Adventist Academy.
