The element of change would be the fact that the friend is a working woman and 'JUNO' is a best friend s her room mate who doesnt work or do anything. After the realisation of pregnancy she has to fix up her life and change in order to support her kid and her Baby Father helps her along the wy - eventually falling in love and being ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY :)
