Compare and Contrast was very evident throughout the lesson. It was on the board and mahoarity of her comperhension questions covered compare and contrast. However you also noticed that she talked about writer's craft when she asked students why they think the author used the big word Chrysalis. She brought in text features when she asked the studnets if they noticed the photgraphs in the informational text. Great lesson!
