I think you’ll like it. <del>Is</del> Ha Noi, isn’t it? Let me know. <del>Here are</del> some tips <del>for you.</del>

First of all, often start work at 8 am and end at 5 pm. You can take a bus to your work a bit earlier because of traffic jam. Always bring the map just in case being lost. (Đoạn ni bị lạc đề ạ. (Word choice: dùng từ consider ở đây ko phù hợp lắm ạ ý là họ có hứng thú họ thích chủ đề đó thì mình nên diễn đạt cách khác ạ. có thể thay bằng "are interested in")

Good luck and speak soon,

GROUP 7

Hi Sara,

Glad to know you‘re flying over next week to meet some clients in Viet Nam (nên đổi câu khác ko nên ghi y chang trong email họ ạ e.g. You're going out to Vietnam). Remember not to put your foot in this business. In each country, there are different customs that show a distinct national identity. Anyway, my advice:

About eating rules: Use chopsticks when eating and it shouldn’t be placed on the bowls. Next, wait for the oldest people to sit and be served first. And leave some food on the plate and eat all your rice are considered polite. The inviter will usually pay for the <del>or share the food </del>bill when eating out. Finally, tipping is also acceptable.

As for social conversation, when starting a meeting or a conversation, a warm <del>shake hand</del> handshake and a friendly smile are important in my country. Don’t comment directly on their appearance, age… and avoid talking about <del>private information</del> their personal life. In addition, Vietnamese people exchange business cards after greeting.

<del>Hope to be successful</del> Good luck

Best wishes,

Mai
