1) To teach about every student's cultural background, it is important for the teacher to know about the children's backgrounds. Teachers must know important dates, traditions that they have, and holidays that they celebrate. This important so that each student feels seen and wanted.

2) Teachers may allow the students to share things that have happened in their life, and this will help the other students get a better sense of their culture and get to understand what they have went through.

3) Teachers may want to consider having visual aids in the classroom, have technology that can translate vocal and written work for children that may not be able to speak English, movement-based learning, and tracking each student's progress throughout the school year.

4) Teachers must figure out what learning styles work best for each student. They will have to tailor each lesson to allow every child from different cultural backgrounds to succeed and understand what they are being taught.
