In the video, I noticed that when a child is not included in the group that child suffers and does not want to play with anyone. But as soon as she was includes in the play, everything changed for her, she becomes excited and we can see smiles beaming in her face. We know that every child has a sense of belonging when he or she is connected to others and contributes to their world. Early childhood programs cultivate authentic, caring relationships and connections to create a sense of belonging among and between children, adults, and the world around them.
