         <description><![CDATA[<p>Since PE is movement based, we do not have much "pen and paper" work to annotate on. However, for PE we do alot of video recordings. Hence our "annotation" would come in the form of comments on students videos. Details on how this would look like will come in after more discussions.</p><p><br/></p><p>Suggestions:</p><p>Having a guide template for students to use when "commenting" on peer's performances.</p><p><br/></p><p>For teachers embarking on "coherent learning experiences" we could:</p><p>1) Have an end-goal in mind for every module that we embark on. </p><p>2) Communicate to students the requirements of the module.</p><p>3) Doing a module review during TTT to look at how coherent learning can be exemplified.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Officers expressed satisfaction with the ratings of 4-5 in response to the announcements. They appreciated the revised guidelines, particularly the adjustments to teaching loads compared to previous years. However, some officers highlighted the need to consider the unique workload associated with teaching mathematics. Due to the spiral curriculum, marking is a daily task, especially for upper primary mathematics teachers who manage a significant volume of practice papers and face high expectations for prompt return of marked scripts.</p><p><br/></p><p>Overall, officers are confident that these initiatives will create intentional and meaningful learning experiences for students while fostering a more supportive work environment.</p>]]></description>
