Pixar's "UP" is a computer-animated movie about an old man (Carl) who goes on an adventure. I think this is an authentic representation of an older person because it shows him struggling with things many older people do like mobility or hearing, but it doesn't show him as weak or silly. In fact, Carl is very capable and outsmarts the villain of the movie many times.
