Field note (opinion):  Because of that, 2 dogs chased me from the park. Children in the playground or people afraid of dogs were busy avoiding them.

interpretation as a public official:  Most people follow the rules at "a leash" well, but many good citizens are often harmed by a small number of people who do not abide by the law. Therefore, I think that in order for civil servants to solve this situation, not only should many people be aware of the right pet safety, but they should also educate them at the school or various public facilities level and punish those who do not follow it through harsh laws.   The reason why I chose this video is because it explains the contents of child welfare according to race.

  First of all, the most interesting thing was that race was affecting the sending of children to foster homes. It was shocking that the results were four times different depending on whether the child was white or black.

  The next most impressive thing was my bias. At the beginning of the video, when the instructor said about the poor environment and what race I thought about it, I learned of the prejudice I had.

  The last thing I looked at carefully is how to solve the problems caused by race. The method introduced was blind screening, which was impressive to narrow the gap in discrimination.

  Like this, the video I chose is about race and child welfare. Through this, I learned about racial discrimination and how to overcome it in child welfare.
