Why we should not continue this bad habit?
- Losing sleep could mean an unhealthy increase in blood pressure as well as increased chances of diabetes, heart attack, and stroke.
- Being sleep-deprived can also cause mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Moreover, a lack of sleep means an impaired ability to focus and be productive. It has also been attributed to long-term memory loss.
How we can get rid of this bad habit?
1. Do an inventory about what’s taking you away from sleep
2. Don't set a specific bedtime and find your right sleep time
3. Set time limits on technology
4. Establish bedtime rituals
5.

INTRO: The habit is one of the most integral keys which shapes a prosperous or a fallacious life.

(1) Where do bad habits come from?

“An empty mind is a devil's workshop”. We are highly like to catch hold of bad habits whenever we are too free and have nothing productive or useful to do. Most of the time, bad habits are simply a way of dealing with these two things.

(2) How do people develop bad habits?
There's plenty of research around habit formation, and what most experts agree upon is that forming a habit requires:

-A consistent cue (same thing, same time, same place)
-A simple behavior (typically one that's deemed useful)
-A reward (which can be inherent or attached to the behavior by you)
-Many repetitions of the formula above

(3) The most challenging habit to break:
- Have an abundance of bad habits which I try my best day by day to break.
- Oversleeping:
           + Obesity, diabetes, headache. (personal)
           + Schoolwork, presentation. (learning)
+ Depression, hard to control emotion. (family, social relationship)

(4) The most annoying habit to break:
- Nail biting
- Consequences
+ Damage the the skin around the nails, increase the risk of infection
+ Increase the risk of cold and other infection since it could spread the sperms and dirt from your hands to your mouth.
  + Severely damage your teeth
+ Facing the risk of having hangnails or ingrown nails

To stop nail biting, he or she might suggest:

- Avoiding factors that trigger nail biting, such as overstimulation
- Taking healthy steps, such as getting active, to manage stress and anxiety
- Keeping your nails neatly trimmed or manicured
- Occupying your hands or mouth with alternate activities, such as playing a musical instrument or chewing gum
- Apply a bitter tasting lacquer to nails to discourage biting
In some cases, treatment with behavior therapy might be useful.
