I took the lead on writing the slide content and creating quiz questions for our timeline. Presenting live in class allowed me to directly engage with our classmates and hear their reactions. I explained the final stages of mitosis and found that talking through the content helped reinforce my understanding. It was challenging to keep the explanation brief yet clear, but working with Alicia helped balance our parts. I learned how mitosis works in the context of healing and cloning, and developed better teamwork and communication skills by collaborating closely on both the design and delivery of our presentation.

For our live class presentation, I was responsible for creating diagrams and animations to help illustrate the stages of mitosis. Explaining these slides aloud in class helped me better understand how each part of the process connects. I presented the first few stages and supported Liam during his part. One challenge was explaining complex visuals without confusing the audience, but practicing beforehand helped. I really enjoyed presenting live, and it taught me the value of preparation and visual clarity. I improved my collaboration, timing, and science communication skills through this project.

Presenting live helped me build my confidence and explain the stages of mitosis clearly. I found it helpful to walk the class through each stage and answer questions in real time. One challenge we faced was managing nerves during the presentation, but we practiced ahead of time, which helped us stay on track.
