- I really enjoyed because it was based around what I found to be the best part of a career in education-teaching. 
-This class has us look at teaching methodologies so that the students would learn in the way that best fit their individual needs. 
-I experienced a large amount of person instructional growth based on these two assignments in this DoC.

-I completed with a group of five students from various backgrounds. 
-The research was based on a list of research articles that we were given early in the semester and our goal was to create a common theme and present the topic.

 -This DoC started as a weakness for me because I didn’t have experience in research. 
-As time went on, I made myself through the modules, discussions, and assignments. Slowly but surely, I started to feel more comfortable with my knowledge around research which was a huge accomplishment for me. 
-The E-poster allowed me to showcase a topic that I am passionate about in research, Salutogenesis and connect it with dentistry students at the University of Saskatchewan in theory. 
-At the end, I was proud of my accomplishment and this project has opened a new door for me to consider with respect to new future research goals such as publishing a paper.

I will humbly admit that the DoC is not a strength of mine. I find it interesting how items are broken down for different weights, but I do not thoroughly enjoy breaking them down myself. 
-Even though this class is not a strength of mine, I still experienced some growth. As an RDH educator, our students have to take a board exam at the end of their diploma/degree. The exam uses a borderline regression styled exam. 
-Based on my project where I researched a summary of the style, explained advantages, explained disadvantages, and created a theoretical example; I can now explain this concept to my students in a more confident manor.
