During a blackout, we wrap ourselves in bubble wrap and invent a game where each pop means a different action — pop = charades move! It turns into a noisy but fun evening with no screens.

The walls are closing in. The room is only about 5 square meters. Walls are all different colors and chopped up into little squares like rubics cubes. No windows, No Doors. Just a room shrinking and a roll of duct tape in the middle of the room. The more we panicked the faster the room seemed to shrink. The only clue to our escape, is the only thing in the room.

5 minutes go by. 10 minutes go by. 20 minutes go by. Now the room is only as wide as 2 people stretched arm to arm. Soon as everyone accepted their fate and screams died down. The walls suddenly slow down.

A voice in my head suddenly whispers, shhhhh. And i grabbed the duct tape and shut everyone's mouth. Not even the sound of you breathing was heard. and just after 5 minutes of complete Silence. All 4 walls collapsed and We made it out🤫🤫🤫🤫

Helping someone who is lost

I was riding a bicycle home when I saw a little boy standing alone near a bus stop, looking lost.

I stopped and asked, “Are you okay?”

He told me he got separated from his sister and didn’t know how to get home. He showed me a crumpled piece of paper with an address on it.

I said, “Hop on, I’ll help you.”

He climbed onto the back of my bike, and I carefully rode through the streets until we found his sister, who was searching for him and looked very worried.

“Thank you so much!” she said when she saw us.

I smiled, waved goodbye, and rode home, happy I could help someone who was lost.
