The French claimed that the intervention was to protect the civilian, however critics argues around it being used to protect the ones doing the killing.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Rwanda has four official languages, Kinyarwanda, French, English, and Swahili.</p><ul><li><p>Kinyarwanda: The national language spoken by nearly all Rwandans, essential for unity and daily life.</p></li><li><p>French: Once dominant but now less used, mainly in diplomacy and among older generations.</p></li><li><p>English: The language of education, business, and global connections.</p></li><li><p>Swahili: Added in 2017 to strengthen ties with East Africa and boost trade.</p></li><li><p>Kinyafranglais: Which is a mix of all of the languages, however not a official language</p></li></ul><p>Kinyarwanda is a must, and English and Swahili are increasingly important for economic and regional ties. French, however, is used less as the Belgians who brought French to Rwanda favorized the tutsis.</p>]]></description>
