What can we do differently in our schools to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, and also to encourage persuasive speaking?

- It would be beneficial to include more opportunities during curriculum time for students to present on a range of topics. 

- More international cultural exchanges would also enable students to have a wider perspective of different societies and how diverse systems work.

- Greater focus on hands-on learning experiences/ immersive experiences.

2. Key strengths of our education model/system

- Bilingualism is a critical advantage our students and citizens have. We need to strengthen these skills, especially the spoken form.
- CCAs help to develop students in their leadership and event-management skills. 

3. What are some important traits we need to nurture in our students?

- An open mind-set regarding failure and how to learn from mistakes
- Cross- cultural empathy
