This page explains the stages in which the company go through corporate citizenship:

Stage 1 Elementary: lower stage when the company is not aware of citizen policies, it just have basic rules about following health and safety rules only inside the company.

Stage 2 Engaged: this better than the first, here the company has little aware of corporate citizenship and managers set rules for their employees about corporate citizenship.

Stage 3 Innovative: in this stage the company is more active about the corporate citizenship. Managers conducting many meetings and put many procedures to make sure that the staff is following the corporate citizenship rules.

Stage 4 Integrated: in this stage the company become more adapt to the corporate citizenship and conducts training to their managers and employees in this regard.

Stage 5 Transformation: in this stage the company reaches high level in corporate citizenship. It considers this in everyday operations and strategies.
