Inspired by his travels to underserved communities, Pharrell Williams’ charity — From One Hand to AnOTHER — aims to ensure that every child has the means to success. The charity provides them with educational, creative and social programs at a young age. Since 2008, FOHTA has donated everything from school supplies to Thanksgiving turkeys and provided free summer camp programs — which teach skills ranging from dancing to coding to more than 1,000 students.

John Cena has also been praised by DoSomething for his work alongside WWE for the Susan G. Komen for the cure breast cancer awareness organisation. With Cena heading the campaign, he along with WWE have so far raised almost $2millionsince partnering with the organisation in 2012.

In October of every year, WWE turns the middle ropes of their ring pink and releases special pink editions of existing WWE Superstar merchandise, of which all the profits go to the organisation.

In addition to John Cena, Roman Reigns also makes the top 20 list coming in at 13th place.

Twin brothers Jake and Max Klein have gone a long way in their 14 years to #ShareKindness in their community.

The boys, founders of the website KidsThatDoGood.com, have been helping others since they were very young.

At only 4, they took all the money out of their piggy banks to shop for kids who had sent letters to Santa.
They went to Target, bought the gifts, and then gave them to a charity to distribute them. Ever since then, Max and Jake, who live in Edgewater, New Jersey, have been motivated to give back.

Whether it's a small grant to a local school or a large grant to a hunger relief organization working across several states, we engage in opportunities that align with the Walmart Foundation's key areas of focus: Opportunity, Sustainability and Community. 

Globally, Walmart and the Walmart Foundation gave $1.4 billion in cash and in-kind contributions during fiscal year ending Jan. 31, 2017. And, we did it one grant and one community at a time.
