         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;My first week of school has been very exciting. I am taking a full load - 12 units.<br>I like using canvass, I like the technology. I like Sociology and all that I can learn. I am so grateful that slides are on canvass and that class time is recorded. It was so nice to have the Sociology textbook downloaded that it's so thoughtful. Like I said, I love technology.<br><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A wellness tip for Sociology is sleep early and wake up early. I find that when I sleep before 11pm everything goes well.&nbsp; When I sleep past 11pm things are hard.<br>When I wake up early and get things done, I feel awesome.<br><br></div>]]></description>
