As she as an African American, she is willing and understanding of the stereotypes and biases that may come along with choosing a career, but open to anything. Barriers that may occur with my client are family and community barriers, in the past she has already received commentary from both stating that her career is not good enough due to their unfamiliarity with it, but she is familiar with this. My client may have concerns regarding accessibility to the job as the job market is difficult.
