Morning

Wake up at 6:00 AM
Brush my teeth, shower, and get dressed
Make breakfast and eat
Check my emails and social media
Leave for work at 8:00 AM

Afternoon

Work at the biochemistry lab from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Conduct experiments, analyze data, and write reports
Take a break for lunch at 12:00 PM
I go to the Molecular Biology lab at 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM
I make lab protocols, coordinate meeting with pathners and check other experiments.

Evening

Teach English classes from 20:30 PM to 21:30 PM
Help students with their grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
I turn off my devices
Relax
Go to bed

I play videogames with my brother

Evening

I study English from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

I see my cellphone

I watch TIKTOK

I go to the bed at 9:30pm

I fall asleep at 11:00pm

I get up at 5 o'clock and I take a shower later I have a breakfast at 5:45 am and brush my teeth, later I go to school at 6:10 ( my class start at 7 o' clock) later I go to my home at 1 o' clock and I have a lunch later I dress for go to play tennis at 3 pm and arrive to my home at 6 pm , later I enter my English class from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm, later I have to dinner and brush my teeth , later I to go my bed and I sleep

• I wake up at 6 in the morning and go to shower.

•After that I change my school uniform and cleanse my face.

•Then I get my backpack ready and go to my kitchen to prepare my breakfast.

•I finish breakfast and go to school until 2 in the afternoon.

•I get home and change into my school uniform and help my grandmother serve lunch.

•I finish lunch and start doing my homework.

•After doing my homework I take a break and do my homework.

• I finish my homework and go to my bed to watch Tik Tok or listen to music by the "Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes".

•After my break I prepare dinner with my family.

•I finish my dinner and go to my bed at 9:30 pm to take my cell phone until 10 p.m and I fall asleep.
