As an Early Childhood Educator, we would have the knowledge about leadership and how it would feel to be a leader in the classroom by taking initiative, re-directing the children who may have difficulty and supporting the babies and toddlers in the interest of choice. From the information that is presented in the organization has helped us be more confidence when planning activities for the different ages, different level of development, and when being interactive and engaged with the children. It has made us pick up leadership skills, qualities skills of how to become a good educator, and how we can make a quality environment where we can shape the toddlers and baby’s future with communication, respecting the different learning styles, good nutrition, physical, emotional, and so on.
