Before we get started with our topic, we have a sharing session during the childhood story. It is very interesting knowing all the stories from all friends!! Some of them very funny and some of them very particular to the situation when doing ibadah. 💖

Roleplay:

Each group has given the scenario, we need to act based on the scenarios! Our group is doing the siblings scenario where we do not Khushu' when perform the salah 💪.

First Topic: Virtues of Salah with Khushu’ (Humility & Devotion)

Al-Ta’ah (Obedience): Surrendering to Allah with sincerity makes salah a sacred duty, earning His mercy.

Al-Jihad (Spiritual Struggle): Treating every prayer as your last strengthens faith and devotion.

Muhasabah (Self-Reflection): Regularly evaluating your prayers for imperfections leads to improvement.

‘Iffah (Modesty): Khushu’ helps avoid sin, purify the heart, and attain inner peace.

Tawaddu’ (Humility): Cultivates good character, fear of Allah, and sincerity in worship.

Second Topic: Preparing for Salah with Khushu’

Taharah (Purification): Perfect wudu’ ensures physical & spiritual cleanliness, aiding focus.

Conditions for Valid Salah:

Pray on time, cover aurah, face Qibla, and have sincere intention (niyyah).

Pillars of Salah: 13 essential acts (niyyah, recitations, ruku’, sujood) must be fulfilled.

Special Situations:

Qasr/Jama’: Shortening/combining prayers when travelling or ill (but maintain khushu’!).

Nawafil Prayers: Voluntary prayers compensate for shortcomings in obligatory salah.

Praying While Sick: Adapt posture (standing/sitting/lying) but never abandon salah!

To Highlight:

Khushu’ transforms salah from ritual to heartfelt connection with Allah.

Purification + Intention + Focus = Perfect Salah.

Even in hardship (travel, illness), strive for devotion, no excuses

Reflection: These lessons remind me that true worship is about quality over quantity. Every prayer is a chance to grow closer to Allah!

JazakAllah khair! 🌸
