         <description><![CDATA[<p>It’s visibly clear that the production is constructed to appear more full filling than it realistically is, they use mixes of all camera operations: boulder, camera man or archive footage. All of which is used to make a story, if not looked at critically all the shots would make sense as simply to align with what Attenborough is saying in his voice over. But realistically the boulder will act as a cub, a lion or itself simply to convey the messages the documentary is intending on making. -Tobi</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>The concept of this documentary is the idea that this boulder is going to see things that nobody has seen before...</p></li><li><p>To gain an audience that might be wondering on how lions live they're day to day lives up close.</p></li><li><p>It makes the documentary sound better than it actually is, because sometimes the filmmakers aren't even using the boulder. Most of the time, the shots are filmed from a camera from far away, and at some points the boulder is being used as a POV from the lion cubs?</p></li><li><p>The message was manipulated and constructed to be more interesting, because they got David Attenborough in to tell the audience that the boulder is cool, and that you should watch it. Also, specifically, since this is a nature documentary, the influence of David Attenborough would therefore make the documentary "better" than other ones.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The technique used is creative deception/focus, they created a centre piece in the hidden boulder camera that conveys to the viewer that this documentary is like no other because of how close the camera can get to and interact with the lions as well as some white lies in the 3000 hours of footage comment to make it seem more authentic despite it using little boulder footage and being filmed more or less like its so called contempories</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Objectivity of Documentary's are the footage and the facts included, this documentary presented facts that were backed up by the natural lions behaviour, it showed how they hunted behaved etc. the subjectivity was how it was portrayed in its messaging, the power of editing is phenomenal and anyone can be fooled by class editing, The lions were given a sympathetic, anthroprophhised version of themselves, they are made to seem more human and relatable but the same footage could have been just as easily used to show them has savage uncaring beasts of prey</p>]]></description>
