During Book Club yesterday, we did Romeo and/or Juliet a chooseable-path adventure. We were all laughing for nearly the whole meeting, and as the kids walked out, I overheard them still laughing and saying "That was really fun."

I've begun to notice that the more experience I've accumulated, the "easier" it is for me as a teacher. For example, I learned the kind of assignments that aren't helpful for me or the kids, and have learned to ask better, more effective and efficient questions. I assumed this would be true, especially since my teaching program at UCSD talked about the average that around 5 years in it gets easier to manage. I wonder how true this is for everyone; have you noticed that for yourself? For your candidate (especially if you've had them for 2 years now)?
