My experience with this school (as previously mentioned in other blogs) was very pleasant as they had a very informative supply booklet. In addition to the typically included information they also provided:
-           The order of sanctions
-           Exit rooms (sending students out of class as the 4th sanction)
-           An email address and password to send emails to relevant staff regarding behaviour.

This folder was extremely helpful as it felt like a road map for my role. With the awareness of sanctions, students complied with my instructions. A cover supervisor's role is not to teach the class, but to supervise behaviour (French, 2013). This intensifies the importance of being aware of behaviour sanctions.
