I want to have a more positive mindset and attitude because being kind will make people and me feel better about ourselves.

This is important to me because I tend to be more negative and have a not so good attitude toward certain things. I chose this image because helping others in times of struggle is important, you can build a trust with that person and count on them.

Steps to achieve this are: 1. Be more open to things. 2. Use kinder words, don't insult others.

Achieving this goal will make me a better person and make me feel better about myself and help others feel good too.
