         <title>Selye explains that it is impossible to live completely stress free. Stress is tension (good or bad) caused by emotion that either the body has to get used to or balance out. Which leads to General Adaptation Syndrome that measures the stress level(s) depending on the type of attention needed. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>with understanding <strong>what</strong> the issue is, trying to understand <strong>why </strong>it happened- that way to see if I can prevent it from happening next time- then, have whatever feelings towards the stressor, finally, attempting to move forward.<br><br>Say for instance, I received a test back and see that I made a 68%. I will then look through the test to see which questions I got wrong, look over my work and compare to the correct answer, come to my senses that this is my grade for this test and if I want a better grade, then I should start practicing better study habits.<br><br></div>]]></description>
