Israel and Hamas have been in a constant war with each other for many years which is fueled by attacks done by Hamas and harsh retaliation done by the Israeli defence force which resulted in destruction of infrastructure and mass civilian casualties on both sides. The Israeli state led by Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas, despite being enemies, have actually served each other's goals, with the IDF constantly attacking the Gaza strip with heavy fire and Israel putting harsh blockades on Gaza, the Hamas's popularity grows among Palestinians who view Hamas's goal of destroying Israel as justified and viewing them as fighters against oppression done by the Israeli government on Palestinians, in turn causing them to attack Israel. As Hamas attacks Israel, the right-wing Israeli government calls this "proof" that Palestinians don't actually want peace and causes more trust among Israeli citizens towards their government to use more extreme actions to ensure "security" of the Israeli state.

As we have seen from the close analysis of the issue regarding Israel and Palestine, the two sides have been engaging in a lot of hard power that includes bombings, coordinated attacks, blockades, harassment of civilians and violations of international law which in turn has done nothing but add more escalation to the already heated conflict that has now lasted for several decades, the use of hard power also creates a mutual benefit for the right-wing government in Israel under Netanyahu and Hamas, despite being enemies, in the way that whenever Israel uses hard power that harms Gaza, support for Hamas grows as Gazans begin to think that what Hamas does to Israel is justified, in turn whenever Hamas attacks Israel it leads to the right-wing government to claim that it is "proof" that Palestinians don't want peace and that Israel is therefore justified to unleash attacks in order to bring more "security" to their state. On the other hand if the two sides managed use more soft power such as stopping hostilities and coming to an agreement and that gets the two sides closer to resolving the conflict then it will be more effective as the two sides will no longer do anything that may provoke either side and the civilians of Gaza will no longer view Hamas's ideals of destroying the State of Israel as necessary just as the Israeli civilians will no longer see the need for Netanyahu's strategy of achieving "security" for Israelis through illegal settlements and harsh actions towards Palestinians which will eventually lead to the election of governments on both sides that focus more on creating a peaceful future for Israel and Palestine.

The Israel-Palestine conflict connects to the concept of liberty as it is known to many that the border checkpoint system makes it very difficult for Palestinians who live in the west bank to travel around their communities while Israeli citizens can easily go through the checkpoints which is a sign of lack to freedom of mobility. Other than that fact that people who don't have an Israeli citizenship also have less of an access to more prestigious things such as better healthcare and education also shows the discriminatory system that enables Palestinians to be stuck in the poverty they are currently in without much of a chance to get out which restricts the freedom of one to get to a better place in their life.

it is largely known that people who live in the territory where the Israel-Palestine conflict is taking place who do not have an Israeli citizenship do not have access to the many privileges that people with that citizenship do which results in poorer healthcare, more difficult border checkpoints, less educational opportunities and more harsh living conditions, this seriously points out that there are extreme problems when it comes to inequality within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The justice key concept has recently gained quite some relevance in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as we have seen recently with the ICC deciding to prosecute Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leaders which greatly contributes to the key concept as it demonstrates how not even heads of state can escape from the ICC's mission to bring justice to the world and punish wrongdoers so that there is fairness to the victims. In Netanyahu's and Hamas leaders' case, they have both caused massive destruction to civilian property and harmed each other's civilians so the ICC's decision can therefore be justified as it fits their field of jurisdiction.
