         <description><![CDATA[<div>The mother isn't pregnant yet but this starts the clock for counting the 40 week pregnancy. Ovulation can also start to occur and conception can occur at any time.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This is the first time the mother is officially pregnant. The mother might experience feeling bloated, nausea, vomiting, and the urge to constantly urinate. The baby's heart can start to beat at this time even though it is the size grain of rice. Organs start to develop. Arm and leg buds start to sprout. At this point the baby can start to exponentially grow in size. The mother is no longer allowed to travel long distance. The mother can start to gain a pound a week. The baby has now positioned its head towards the naval to prepare itself for birth. Braxton Hicks contractions can start at this time.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The baby is now considered to be carried full term and will be birthed at any time and still be healthy. The baby is now done growing the necessary amount. The baby drops into the lower pelvis to prepare for birth. The mother will start to seek the care of an OBGYN and might start to feel contractions. The infant at this point is an average of 21 1/2 inches and weighs an average of 7 1/2 pounds.
