FIRST QUESTION:1-I would prefer to use either of them depending on the topic, level, or the purpose of the activity. In some cases, the topic may be irrelevant. Then, I mostly change it with something authentic that serves the same purpose. What makes authentic materials preferable is that they provide the natural usage of the language like real life intonation or grammar mistakes, pauses etc. Coursebooks, on the other hand, lack of the authenticity of real life language. But, generally coursebooks have interactive versions and they are quite useful and practical, too. As they have been prepared by professionals and reviewed many times, they are reliable sources and suitable with student level mostly.
2- I just loved the memory quiz! Also, preparing or adjusting listening activities through the pre, while and post listening was quite fruitful. Differentiation is a neglected practice. So, it contributed a lot to me and gave me a different perspective.

Actually I am difficulty in speaking exercises in my district.
As I have been working in a low grade school,ı have some problems wıth them. When I start to talk in english, they are beginning to start complaints. They are resistant to change and very shy. They are the most common problems for speakıng.

2.Today I have learned so many suggestıons from my colleagues,I lıked the most "Gallery Walk"My favorite suggestıon is using ınteractive games because when the students are involved in these ames ,they forgot to shyness.Hang on the posters on the wall wıth useful everyday expressıons and questıons they can use ın the classroom.

1.I think direct method is more suitable for our country because in our country there isnt enough sessions for language lessons because of the fact that we are giving the rules and methods of the topic.and in another lesson we are doing different kinds of activities .It is time saving and easy .You dont need extra materials and when you assess the topic what they 've learned ,assesment will be practical. But from time to time we are focusing on deductive tasks on grammar if we have strong learners but weaker ones ,it is really hard.

2.I think we should discuss inductive and deductive learning with our colleagues at first. In turkey most of the language teachers dont want to teach inductively because of the conditions such as crowded classrooms.I think we should give up deductive learning as soon as possible. If we go on like this at final students are difficulty in learning a new language .They see the language as a packet of grammar rules. We can use both inductive and deductive learning according to situation. Not only one is suitable all the time

I have learned lots of suggestion to teach vocabulary .I liked the most word collocation game .I have never used that untill today .It was so useful to use it in the class for practising vocabulary.Students love playing games and they will love this prepared by me using the most important words on the coursebook. As a low or no tech classes, you can use flashcards .Half of them are pictures and the others can be vocabulary.the students are asked to match picture and vocabulary.According to text ,we should find the most useful vocabulary techniques.

From my point of wiev, the most effective way to teach vocabulary is personalising and using visuals. The more a word relates to you, the easier it gets to recall. Also, it is probably the easiest and the most practical way to use visuals while teaching vocabulary.
2) Keeping notebooks for vocabulary is a must-have item in classroom, I think. Especially, with the problematic words that are forgotten easily, it is a great way to keep a notebook. I would ask them to write the new words with collocations and also use them in meaningful sentences. For the visual learners, it is also useful to present the meaning with drawings. Additionally, using semantic maps and categorising are another good ideas that can be used in vocabuary notebooks.

1.The most benefit one is sharing and collobarating with eachother .Being part of a member of pdc makes me happy and excited.Community makes strong relationship among us and we can learn and share mutually.
2. I will benefit from networks via whts app groups ,we can share our ideas with documents and ideas so that we are aware of what they are doing.Interaction and sharing should be going on.We will share the good practises.Sharing is caring😊😊😊
3. Teachers will probably be demanding, some of them may be unwilling to participate in Pdc sessions.During our sessions ,Fatih teacher is explaining everything in details from his experience and we learned how to struggle with this problems. For ex;He explained to us We shouldnt say teachers you are the learner.Altogether we all of us have the common problems we need only sharing all experiences and possible solutions.
