         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think if there's no understanding at all between the teacher and student. However, if you can't understand a few words, then you can go another way with communicating. I ask my students to spell out the word or give me an example and eventually we get to the same page. </div>]]></description>

No matter what, accents will be treated differently because of the system. As teachers, I don't think we should pick on them for their accents. </div>]]></description>
