         <description><![CDATA[<div>Delegated powers in the US Constitution would be those powers that are specifically expressed or authorized as being given by the people to that branch of the Federal Government. There is not much Congress can do because the Constitution does not delegate to it any power to do so, such as creating a national public school system, having people required to vote, and etc. </div>]]></description>
