I chose to be a dentist, because my aunt is also a dentist and I always liked her job. I liked her office so much and all the things about it. It makes me feel good, when I tell myself that I’m going to help people with their teeth care. My mother always told me to be a dentist so it’s easy choice to choose my future job and there are not many dentists in the Czech Republic so it will be fine if there are a few more of them. Dentists are also making a lot of money and that is one of the reasons why i would like to become a dentist. but i would like to be an orthodontist too, so im not really sure which one of these jobs is better for me.

This is Georg Carabelli. He was the founder of modern European medicine. He was a prominent Hungarian dentist and professor of dental surgery in Vienna and he was also a co-founder of the stomatology clinic at the University of Vienna

This game called “dentist games” is a game for kids and it shows them that teeth care is very important and that if they do not take good care of their teeth, they (the teeth) will be ugly and unhealthy. But as I said it’s a game for kids, so it’s not real, but i think it’s good game.

Raising awareness

I think that awareness about dentistry is quite big. Like people normally brush their teeth but the details about it like how brush your teeth right, how long, how often and more. These are the things that many people especially children don’t know. And how raise awareness about it? I think that some lectures from dentists and dental hygienists or something like that could help. Because they tell you what kind of brushes to use and as I said the details about it. And of course a visit to your dentist wouldn’t hurt.
