The day I got my gcse results I got on the the train and enrolled at Honeywell sports campus
At went through enrolment as normal until
It came to getting my badge and the system was down. I communicated by asking if a was able to return on a separate day and sort my badge out then. I had to ask what times and days I would be able to come in and resolve the issue.I believe I did well as I found out the necessary information that would help me resolve the problem at hand. I believe I can improve by asking the right questions that would help me get the right information faster.

I went for a job interview at domino’s near where I live and spoke to the manager about potentially getting a job. We spoke about the roles of the job and what would be expected of me also what the pay was like and uniform and responsibilities. I believe I came across as confident in my answers and asked relevant questions in relation to the job. I can improve as I was unsuccessful in my attempt as I was too inexperienced for the job role and other candidates were more qualified.

I played in a practice match for college against other people trialing. I had to communicate with others to ensure that we played to a high standard and I had to communicate with people I didn’t know and did it know their names. I believe I did well as I played decent and didn’t make many mistakes. I could have improved on learning people names to make communicating much easier.

Building activities we worked together to build 3 different things a wheelbarrow, a shelter and a chair we worked well as a team as all of our items worked as we wanted them to and didn’t break. We did well as there was no confusion on what people had to do. We could have improved on making our things more stronger than they were.

I played in a cup final with my Sunday league team. We had to work together to ensure we all knew what we had to do to make sure we won the game. We communicated well to ensure we didn’t concede a goal and that how we won the game. We could have been more vocal when someone made a mistake to ensure it didn’t happen again.

I coached people athletics as part of a team. We all delivered a certain aspect of athletics to our own ability. We would take turns in speaking and would assist each other if needed. I delivered my session clearly to the clients and ensures they knew what they were doing. I could have improved on being much more confident in delivering my session so my client feel confident in me.

I have always turned up on time and rarely miss any lessons unless I have reason to.

I also have handed all my assignments on time and made sure I have always included everything I needed to. i could improve by starting my assignments earlier to avoid me from rushing my assignments to get them in before they are due.
