They tell us everyday that everything will be fine but deep down I know they lie. I have heard talk about moving to California to start over and already many of our friends have embarked on their journey. The dirt is so loose and infertile that we cannot grow anything. Many people are sick and conditions are harsh. By leaving I could lose my farm and work was not guaranteed by moving to California. Some of the restrictions the state imposed during the drought was to only water the grass on certain days and take 10 min showers.

2. To avoid another drought. we should only turn on the faucet when we rinse our toothbrush and rinse our mouths when brushing our teeth instead of leaving it on the whole time.
