-I did well on the drawing and keeping the design simple.

-This wasn't well possibly because it was only in black and white.

-I did well on keeping this simple and using bright green colors.

-I didn't do well on this as the base probably should have had color.

-I feel I did well using a simple square and colors to represent the picture.

-I feel this needs work as again a lot of black and white and sad.

-I think I did well use lots of color in this. Plus, there are a lot of shapes.

-What needs improvement is that this was too busy, it wasn't simple enough. I was just using things around the house that meant something to me without thinking about how it would come across.

-What I did do good in this piece is I kept it simple and used a lot of rectangles.

- What needs improvement is that there is no color to attract the eye. Nothing to make this interesting.

Happiness, Om, Mindfulness, peace, Spirituality, sleep, Joy, love, admiration, amazement, serenity, acceptance, trust, awe, growing, break, friends, emotion, meditation, broadening, instructive, calming, health, fitness, headspace, simple, enjoyment, belonging, blissfulness, cheerful, gleeful, Merry, comfort, and optimistic.

I used the mood board (Jam board) for this and the Coolers.co, along with the Behance app to find pictures. I also looked all over for pictures and switched some out for others. I wanted this to be powerful. -Amy

Although, I like this design better I wish I had made the wording straight and not diagonal.

I liked that I zoomed in but then I thought it was too boring. This probably looks more like how an album should look I just like to see more design in a piece.

I do believe AI only knows what the majority is on the internet. And yes, even on the internet it shows mostly men as scientist, layers, and police officers(examples). I am not sure how to fix this but saying to opt out after their work has already been used and is in the AI system isn’t fair at all to the artists.  I think we should shut down AI until we can fix these problems. We are in a country that is all about rights and here we have something that is basically stealing, and we are allowing it. I do think AI is important, but I believe it needs to be tweaked before allowing it to have done this to so many people. We need to make our wrong right.

 If I were to embrace generative AI, I probably wouldn’t use it much. I suppose I would use it in the times I ask Alexa questions or must research something. I don’t see me using it in my job as I am a Financial Representative at Cornell and I pay bills for Cornell all day. There isn’t much I would use it for in that perspective. If I didn’t know what I was purchasing I could search what something is. Sometimes I must purchase things and I need to make sure they are allowed on my card, so I google it. That would be a time I might use it. If I still has school, I might have used it then to do research or write papers.

I cannot see that with the world evolving that I could ignore AI. I can see how it can make things a lot easier for some. Evern though I wouldn’t use it a lot I still would use it to stay up on things and to educate myself. If there are 2 people taking the same class and one has AI and the other, doesn’t it is putting the person without access to AI at a disadvantage.

If I had a lawyer that used AI or ChatGPT to represent me, I would be a little concerned. The reason being you want the person representing you to know what the laws are. Also, AI/ChatGPT doesn’t know right from wrong just knows facts. After watching the video that AI also has a bias, I wouldn’t want them representing anyone. The fact that the world could be rules in this way is scary. You need the human person. Especially when AI has also accused a black pregnant woman of a crime and it wasn’t her.

The Designed in Looka that I chose was not what I thought I would like. I chose orange as my favorite color and put an eye on Amy’s Beauty. And I chose one that didn’t have either that is black and gold. I think now that I see that simplified is sometimes way better. Even though I thought I would like a lot of colors I liked the business that looked richer. There was definitely cliches because of this. There were many options to represent beauty, but the simple sign was beautiful on its own. They all represented the business very well. I liked this website and how easy it was to use.

What I learned about myself that I have changed was mostly with the business of my logos and things like that. I read that simpler is better, but I was still choosing designs that look busier. I realized I am not right in this, and that simpler is better and I need to clean up my busy ideas a bit. 

I personalized my work by choosing what I like and realizing I needed to choose something else. I still kept my work as a bit busy but worked with what I had. I made my own Logo from the pictures we had to draw. I also altered some things in this Project by doing a bit of things that I felt made things look the way I wanted them. Especially in the Photoshop I kind of followed the directions but also put a spin on it to make it my own.
