 The confict is caused by the generation gap between younger and older age group. Each family has its own conflicts, especial between parents and children. 

Firstly, they have differences in their opinions and values. For example, while parents want their children to dress elegant, their children prefer trendy clothes. Another example,  while the young think eating out in a restaurant at the weenkend is a good choice, the old love cooking and eating at home. I think because the old feel more comfortable and cozy at home. 

And another reason leading to conflict is that the children feel like they are being treated like a kid. They always say that “you must do that” or “you must be like that” and don’t thinking about their child’s opinion. Parents are always saying what they need to do. Parents even choose the school or future job for their children without asking them whether they like. Some children complain that they feel peer pressure coming from their parents, because their parents always compare them with some other boys or girls next door. If the children’s result is lower, parents will complain and underestimate their effort. Parents usually say that “You see him? See her? They are more intelligent than me. And you? Nothing!”. 

To sum up, these conflicts are not too big, so you should keep calm and talk to solve these problems. These actions will create mutual trust and understanding between us. To narrow the generation gap, they should have mutual understanding, help each other and share interest.

Having a plan will give you a clear, scientific way of working

 

This is extremely important, when in trouble, limit seeking help from those around you. Today’s topic is very important for you because it is a part of family life. I'll begin with the typical signs of parent-child relationship problems. Every family has their own problems, one of the most popular is conflicts between children and parents. 

The conflict can be about the chidren's clothing style. Children want to wear what they like but their parents don't allow them because they think the clothes are too colorful and unsuitable. Parents who value traditional looks don’t allow their children to wear short skirts or have heavy make-up. So children are striving to find independence anyway they can, they are ready to prove their point. To solve this one, parents should keep the balance between letting their child make choices by talking with children and try to understand activities they do. 

Another reason leading to conflict is that lacking of communication. Many times, it feels like parents and children are on two different planets or speaking two different languages. Children don't feel that parents listen to them or understand their feelings. So instead of asking them questions, make general conversation and listen to what they have to say. It is also important to confirm their feelings.

Conflict can arise from the changes of a 4.0 society today. From things like: IT devices evolve and members head ramming every day into the social networking world. All relatives living in the same house together gradually forget the real world, alienate and not understand each other's feelings. A little rattling occurs when encountering some difficulties, getting angry with others and accidentally pouring it on someone close to you.

Me too, being a pretty hot-tempered person, so sometimes my parents and I have some conflicts. But after all, we are still a family full of love. Global warming results in climate change and catastrophic weather patterns such as heat waves, hoods, droughts and storms, which can affect human lives. Human activities have serious consequences on the life on Earth. Hundreds of millions of people may suffer from famine, water shortages, extreme weather conditions like acid rain, tornadoes and infectious diseases, heat-related illnesses and death if we don’t  reduce the rate of global warming. The second adverse impact is the ice caps at the poles have melted , which leads to an increase in sea level drowning coastlines and slowly submerging continents, people losing homes. because the melting glaciers become oceans. Furthermore, many different species will become extinct. Species including polar bears and tropical frogs will become extinct due to climate change. Besides, many different species of birds will migrate to other places because they cannot adapt to changes in temperature or habitat. Our Earth is secretly begging for help and we have to help because we have only one earth.

The Earth is the common home for all of us and because of this great attend should be paid to environmental problems. It saves costs, reduces the impact on the environment, can be applied everywhere. One solution would be planting trees. We need to curb usage of gasoline, electricity and other activities including mining and industrialization that cause global warming. Another way to reduce global warming is through recycling.    In my mind, CBC will be become one of the most liveable cities in Vietnam. An eco-city will be planned to make CBC becoming “a friendly city”.

   Firstly, the waste disposal system is innovative. There are no rubbish trucks or waste disposal bins in the streets. Instead, all household and office waste is sent directly through an underground network of tunnels to waste processing centres. The waste is then automatically sorted, deodorised and treated. The aim is to eventually convert it into renewable energy for the community.

   Next, the inhabitants of city carefully consider possible environmental impacts and take good care of the environment. There is no pollution as all the vehicles run on local renewable energy. CO2 emissions are controlled and kept in accordance with strict environmental and air-quality regulations.

   And the last one, high-speed Wi-Fi is provided everywhere. Government offices and schools are connected to the network. This allows office workers to use teleconferencing for meetings and students to attend classes at home.

There are 3 main parts in my presentation: In the first part, I'll talk about Protecting your skin from the sun, the second part will focus on Providing nutrients for healthy skin, and then in the third part, I'll Preventing common skin problems .

Protect your skin from the sun to help prevent skin cancer, sunspots, and wrinkles.Wear sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30..Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going in the sun and reapply every two to three hours.During the hours from 11 am to 4 pm is the peak of sunlight, UV rays measured during this time infinity so high, so try to limit yourself from going out during peak hours to avoid damage to your skin. Also wear a hat to protect the scalp, neck and ears from the sun

Providing nutrients for healthy skin is something you definitely focus on. When you drink enough water in a day, your skin will be hydrated, the moisture on the skin will also remain in balance. Thereby, limiting the skin's dryness, dehydration, as well as preventing premature aging in the skin.In addition to drinking plenty of water, dietary supplements are good for skin is also a way to keep your skin healthy.Studies show that eating a wide variety of fruit and vegetables can provide vitamins and nutrients for healthy skin.

Moreover, they may not be considered as prerequisites if a person desires to attend a regular college later. Then , disadvantage to vocational education is the low score when it comes to job competition against applicants having a traditional college degree. Finally,Vocational college education students enter career fields faster compared to traditional college counterparts. However, many of these jobs are of lower-paying positions.

In summary, vocational school is a choice to consider for everyone .

Today I am here to present you about Cao Bang, my hometown , in the future. 

If someone asks me “where  would you live in the future?” ,my answer is “ I would like to live in Cao Bang, which is also my hometown”. 

In the future, Cao Bang would be a peaceful and clean city. I would also wish in the future, all cars that run on petrol would be replaced by solar cars, so the environment will become very cleaner and healthier. There will be less air pollution around us. We won`t be disturbed by the noise of vehicles. 

Besides, there will be a lot of new parks and play grounds in the city so that our children can play in. People can go there to play sports or have a picnic at weekends.

Next, Everyone has a good job. When people have good jobs, they will not have any conflicts. Their living standards will be improved. At that time all of us will be living in harmony. Everybody will be less selfish, less violent, and more loving. My main desire is a peaceful town, in which, there will be no war, no threat of terrorism.

Last but not least, a new airport and some highways from Ha Noi to Cao Bang will be built in the near future. If there are a new airport and highways connecting CB with other provinces will be built, more and more tourists come to visit Cao Bang. Moreover, travelling from CB to other provinces will be much easier and more convenient.  

In short, Cao Bang in the future will be one of the most livable places in Viet Nam due to its natural beauty, people, and fresh environment.

     I’d just like to give you some background information about Cao Bang in 2050..

The first point i would like to address is solar energy. In the future, all electrical appliances in the house will get energy from the sun. And of course to avoid rainy days, the system will be able to store enough energy for the next 10 days.

      Secondly, I would like to turn to talk about the development of means of transport. The future means of transport I’m thinking about is a flying car. It looks like a normal car but it has wings and it can fly in the sky. The car will have solar panels to catch heat from the sun and generate power. Therefore, it will use the solar energy. Not only are there more jobs available to degree holder than high school graduates but the existing jobs are also kore accessible. According research by Burning Glass Technologies 2 million new jobs posted online per quarter require a bachelor’s degree or higher.

 I’d now like to change direction and talk about disadvantages of bachelor’s degree. So first everything comes at cost . There usually is no need to spend thousands on education if wish to lead simple life and work with minium wage. Plus there other expenses you need to take into consideration, including your accommodations cost as well as living expenses. 

 On the other hand bachelor’s degree will take you about 3-4 years of your life to receive a diploma. Before making decision a person need to make sure that he knows why degree is important for him.

  To sum up taking an undergraduate degree has both positive and negative aspects, the positive aspects are more numerous. Therefore we will still need this college degree to have a more stable employment in life .

Today, I going to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of attending a vocational school.

There are two main parts in my presentation: in the first part, I'll talk about the advantages of attending a vocational school, and the second part will focus on its disadvantages.

Number 1, we will talk about the advantages. The first advantage of attending a vocational school is flexible schedules. Many vocational or trade schools offer day and evening classes for those that have obligations during the day. If you have a day job or care for a family member, the flexible schedule of a vocational school may benefit you. the second advantage is relevant skills in less time. Most vocational programs take less than two years to complete. After graduation, students can be earning right. The last advantage is vocational school is hands-on training. Many vocational or trade schools offer hands-on training that prepares students for real- world situations. With hands-on training, the student is one step ahead in landing an entry-level vocational career.

Number 2, we will talk about the disadvantages. The first disadvantage of attending a vocational school is that the credits are not as prestigious as that of traditional colleges. Since vocational schools focus on hands- on training and typically they have minimum academic work, the courses are not seen academically on par as compared with traditional colleges. the second disadvantage is teacher quality. Teachers are primarily hired for their technical knowledge and not on their teaching skills. While these professionals often are very good at what they do, it can be hard to convey that information in a way that other people can use and learn. the last disadvantage is competition. Since it takes two years or less to complete many vocational programs, the schools can graduate a lot of students in a short span. This can saturate the job market with people who all have the same skills and training.

         To sum up, attending a vocational school has both advantages and disadvantages. We should think carefully before making a choice about what should we learn.

There are many ways to keep your body in shape. Firstly, we need to know what our goal are. I want to be pretty so I have to pay attention to my shape. Therefore, i need to know the best diet and nutrition for me. Diet can directly affect your weight, blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels. Limit unhealthy foods like fries, chips, sweets and try to eat more nutrient-dense foods such as fruits and vegetables. Besides, we should control what we eat: a balanced diet includes more protein, less sugar and salt.

Secondly, I will talk to sports to take care of my body shape. If you want to be beautiful, you should exercise too! Exercise helps regulate metabolism, maintain or improve muscle mass, maintain healthy bones, and burn excess calories from food. We should focus on  some exercise like running, cycling or just walking. When you are exercising, it’s important to wear appropriate clothing that will help you perform better.

Finally, you should pay attention to your posture and make sure you get enough sleep every day. Don't sit too long or stand too long (more than two hours). Getting enough sleep is a habit, just like exercising and eating healthy. Lack of sleep can increase the risk of diseases such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and breathing problems while sleeping. 

We should know our type of body and its limitations so that we can plan the right diet and exercise schedule according to our type of body shape. It's not an easy task but if you keep these things in mind when it comes to how you want your body shape, then you'll be able to succeed. So, finding motivation to change your lifestyle isn't always easy, but it's worth it in the long run.

On the one hand, there are several advantages of vocational training. Vocational institutions are generally cheaper than traditional colleges or universities. This is because vocational schools only have little academic work but mainly focus on practical training. To attend a vocational school, one needs to have completed high school or an equivalent in addition to Basic English and math skills instead of top grades as is the case with conventional schools. Even though vocational institution students compete for jobs against university degree holders, a vocational student may have better chances because they have practical work experience. 

On the other hand, there are still some drawbacks of attending vocational education. Most of the career opportunities in a vocational school are in the lower-paying jobs. This implies that one gets limited wages as well as companies to work for since their courses are not considered academically equal to traditional colleges. The other demerit is that some course credits can only be transferable to another vocational school and not to a conventional university or college. 

Finally, if you plan to advance your career and move into a higher position or even get to a managerial position, the training you get from vocational education is not enough. Some positions and job openings require more advanced education levels. Vocational training is more practical if you plan to stay in a certain work area.

Hello and welcome everyone to my Presentation, my name is Dam Nhan, I’m a student in grade 11 and going to be 12 next year. There for, I must decide if I want to go to vocational school or go to university. Today, I will talk about advantages and disadvantages of going to Vocational school.

The first advantage is having short training time. It doesn’t usually take as much time as going to college . Next is low training cost. This is a great advantage for students who cannot afford University. The last advantage is the chances of getting a job after graduation are quite high. Because there ‘re always having shortage of  labor forces in everywhere, you find a job in no time

On the other hand, there are few disvantages. Firstly, after graduating from a vocational school, your job will be harder than those from the University. Secondly, despite the low costs associated with vocational schools, technical programs may have higher program-related costs. The students may need to spend huge amount of money on tools , on workshops and materials during the program. Lastly, there are some jobs that can be harmful to workers' health such as electricians, construction workers,… ( In fact, there have been many work-related accidents in the world that cause lives).

In conclusion, if you are a hard-working person and want to get a job easily, then  vocational school is an option worth considering.Tell me, what is your choice?.

There are main parts in my prenstation: in the firts part, i'll talk  about the important role of eyes, the second part will focus on  the way to have a healthy eyes. 

Eyes play an important role, helping us to perceive things around us, is "the window to the soul"

For good health, especially eyes, I have a moderate diet. Immediately, I eat vegetables and fruits that are yellow or orange. The reason is because they contain many vitamins that are good for health. Second, I keep a distance of at least 35 cm when reading. Last but not least, I get enough sleep. I sleep at least 6 or 8 hours a day because it will boost my spirits. Furthermore, I don't go to bed late or watch TV overnight.

In short, to have healthy eyes I always have a healthy lifestyle. Thank the audience for their attention. 

Good morning, and have a good day! I’m Tran Ha Nhi, class 11a1. Today, I am going to present you about the advantages and disadvantages of taking a undergraduate at a university or collage.

The main points I will bring you are, first the advantages, second the disadvantage and finally is the advice. 

Firstly, the advantages of taking a degree. ‘

Jobs are changing constantly and top jobs ten years from now don't even exist yet. A college education will help you meet these tougher job requirements. 

Even though you initially spend a large sum of money to begin your college education, you most likely will earn it back with the increased pay you receive from having a degree. According to Susan Demas, "College graduates, on average, make a whopping one million dollars more in lifetime earnings than those with a high school diploma. 

You not only have more job options once you get your degree, you now also have many options of how you want to obtain your degree. Colleges and universities have become very flexible in their programs, offering online classes, semi-online classes, night and weekend classes, and traditional classes.

Secondly, the disadvantages:

College is expensive. Most people do not have enough money to pay for their college education upfront, requiring them to take out loans. You may go out into the job field in debt. Student loans usually have a grace period of six months; if you don't find a job in that amount of time, you may end up having to make high payments without having a paycheck.

Many people are deciding to be entrepreneurs. If you are one of these people, a degree may not be necessary. You may want to invest the money you would have spent on your degree on going into business.

But, also this time, 21^st century, many Asian parents think that university is the only way to success. If their children can’t pass the university exam, or decide to not study at unversity, they’ll call it a “failure”. And as well, that caused stress to son many students, espeacially the one not good at study.

So, please don’t worry. Just believe at yourself, and always ask youself what you want. If you decide not to attend college, you are able to get out into the real world to work, travel or volunteer. While you are able to do some of this in college, it is just a taste of everything there is to offer out there. There are programs for high school graduates that have many benefits, such as Peace Corps, Mission Year, study abroad and internships.

In conclusion, taking a degree both have advantages and disadvantages. I hope that, through my presentation, everyone can have their own answer about studying at university or not. Thanks for listening.
