Company - Apple (iPhone) 

Problem

The first iPhone was unveiled on Jan 9, 2007. The device didn't actually go on sale until June, started at $499 for a 4GB model, $599 for the 8GB version. It offered a 3.5-in. screen, a 2-megapixel camera and 2 colors which are black and white. Critics, however, said the phone was too expensive to do well in the market with its only 4GB and 8GB storage. 

Opportunities 

1. Maintain loyal customers by focusing on customer service and improving the customer experience. Apple, Inc. do this by investing in training its employees, building a better system for its users and also promoting more efficient policies for its customers. 
2. Maintain a high quality of product while expanding its supply chain by taking more control on quality management and delivery time. 
3. Develop products with both hardware and software which satisfy the customer. Apple products meet some core standards such as high security, compatible systems, and effective working condition.
