As coaches, keeping up to date with the latest research in coaching approaches, models, tools and technologies is no easy task. This global community of practice is all about teaming up, sharing best practices, inspiring, challenging each other and exploring the future of coaching together.

As a community, we host regular events, activities, projects and initiatives to continue learning.

There are no fees to join the community. In the future, there may be some premium features or options to access certain resources or aspects of the community that require time and budget.

For most people, the default is to show up in consumer mode. We may feel more comfortable in our comfort zones and this may feel like a much safer choice. Co-creation and participation is often perceived as being riskier: Do I say and do the right thing? What will others think of me? It may seem ‘safer’ to start out by observing and seeing what’s happening.

We also know that’s not where growth happens. Growth and learning happen by getting stuck in and getting involved. It’s also why this community was created, for us to learn from each other, co-create, experiment and innovate as we know that both growth and learning happens through action.

Please also feel free to contact us if you would like to raise a complaint or notice behaviour that is not in line with the community values and policy.

• Welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities. Any environment (Slack, LinkedIn, etc) supported by the Coaching Innovators community is a safe environment where people are free to express their identities.

• Be a respectful community participant that values other's skills, and contributions.

• Maintain an environment where people are free from discrimination or harassment.

When community members ask for advice or recommendations, and you are able to help them with a paid service or product, please reply publicly, explaining how you can help and how they can reach out to you.

Never contact that person via private message with a sales pitch. Never pitch your product in a conversation with someone you’ve met in the community, unless invited to share. Never approach someone in DM asking to get feedback on your service/ product, “pick their brains” or do any other form of market research.

Avoid reposting your personal Social Media posts in the community. Writing for your peers within the community and writing to an audience or followers are different things, and will require a different tone of voice and approach.

Posts that link to personal articles, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, awards and personal achievements will only be allowed in the Slack channel #proud-me.
