The most commonly over-diagnosed area of wellness is emotional wellness. I think this because emotional illnesses are often faked, meaning there could be more diagnosis's. A solution to this issue could be running neurological tests/scans to truly confirm if the person has the illness they claim to have.

Doctor Mike explains that there is a deeper explanation as to why hospitals overcharge. He mentions that saying hospitals are bad simply because they overcharge is not correct. He says they aren't just increasing the prices for their own sake.

In the 1980's there was advertisement that stated, "If you haven't had a mammogram, you need more than your breasts examined". This caused an uprising in mammograms which resulted in over-testing. In the future they did more studies on this topic and pushed back the recommended starting age for receiving mammograms. The message this gave to women receiving mammograms was to get them often and if you don't you are "foolish".

Doctor Mike's opinion on Adam Ruins Everything is most likely that he is doubtful of some of the material, yet he agrees with some of it as well. He explains this in the beginning of the episode. At some points he agrees 100% with Adam's points, and at others he doesn't.
