It is a graphic novel and whilst most people would say "graphic novels aren't even books" or "you'll never be smart like me if you keep reading those", Brave is one of the best books I have read in a long time. It is more realistic than most books, unlike the Percy Jackson books sadly. (I wish Camp Half Blood was real)
The main character in this book feels left out, even when they are with their friends. It's a wonderful book of bravery and change. Now, on with the review!

This book, Zom-B, is a horror book by Darren Shan. I’ve read 6 books out of twelve and, as the name suggests, is about an apocalyptic world where Zombies and humans are in a war against one another. I would give The first book a 5 out of 10. Why? Well, the first book has a slightly slow build-up, but, I will forgive that since it is a 12-book series . I can’t guarantee that you will like to begin with, but what I can garuntee is that the first book will redeem itself with it’s amazing cliffhanger (at least for me, anyways) (also don’t worry, the second book gets a 9 out of 10). Anyway On with the book review:
There are five factions: Abnegation (the ones who are always kind.), Candor(never tell lies), Erudite (the smart ones), Amity (peace)and Dauntless (the fighters). When people reach 16 years old they choose a faction and go through a text and if they fail then they are faction less.
Beatrice is Abnegation, she chooses dauntless, but can she actually be in dauntless or will she be a factionless

If you didn't know, TheOdd1sOut (also known as James) is a YouTuber that posts animations on his channel, which has over 8,000,000 subscribers. Unlike some books made by celebrities, this book was written by himself, most people may get the impression that this is a graphic novel, (which in my opinion count as books) since James is an animator. But actually, the book only has 1 or 2 pictures every few pictures. For people that want to read something more light hearted or comedic, then this is the book for you. It consists of multiple stories that James has experienced in his childhood and most of them are quite relatable. For the people who want to read the book, bookstores in Hong kong don't sell it, however it is available on a Kindle. This graphic novel is about Pat and Jen and one of their many adventures.Their “Universe” is like our one but with their fantasy friends, such as Captain Cookie, and Bomby, their pet creeper. The story starts with Pat looking for bomby in a very long game of hide and seek. After realizing Bomby is missing, Pat and Jen set off to look for him. But after falling in a particularly deep explosion crater made by Bomby, they find themselves in a “Hole New World”...

Book review: I am suggesting the series Heroes Of Olympus because it is a follow on from Percy Jackson and as some people have read Percy Jackson such as Saachi as she has done a book review on Percy Jackson and some may not know that there is the follow on series of Heroes Of Olympus which is amazing!

Riptide: Riptide is the name of Percy Jackson's chosen sword, it is a gleaming meter-long blade made of the fictional metal, celestial bronze - which does confuse me sometimes as bronze is an alloy and is not found naturaly like the bronze across the series is. I made Riptide as a prop for my book day character, Percy Jackson, but i still keep it in my room for decoration. I hope this is still valid for the reading blog and thank you for reading all the way through since you have made it to the end!

The book is an adventure book (create your own adventure books) about a boy or a girl (which is the reader) bringing his OR her brother out of trouble with terrifying moments like escaping from dragons, saving parents and living in a new environment that the reader has no idea where it is etc. This is a complicated book with more words than the books I had introduced before. This book is a very interesting one, as it’s set in the future, when technology is so advanced you can’t die. For example: If you leaped into a speeding bus, the ambudrones (you can guess what they are) would just fly in and whisk you away.
The only way to die umm, permanently is to be gleaned by a Scythe. Scythes are trained (assasins?) that 🤬 people who have lived for too long. The people of that time called this time period (the present) the “mortal age”.

I just finished it yesterday! This book is about a boy Stanley Yelnats (yes, Yelnats is Stanley spelled backwards) who is accused of a crime he didn't commit and has to go to Camp Green Lake.
Camp Green Lake is not a sparkling lake with lush shores, it is in fact the opposite in that it is a dried up land with only two trees. These two trees have a hammock in between and behind that hammock is a cabin. This is where the warden lives.
By the wardens house there are six tents, A, B, C, D, E, F. F holds five counsellors the rest hold seven campers each.
Every day one boy would have to dig one hole five foot deep and five foot long in all directions. One day Stanley finds something, its a gold tube with the initials K.B on it. later in the book Zero, Stanley's friend, runs away from camp a day later Stanley goes after him.
Stanley finds Zero and they hike up a mountain and take refuge there. All they eat is onions they pull from the ground and dirty water. After a week there they decide to return to Camp Green Lake...
Just remember watch out for the yellow spotted lizards.

I really like this book because it is full of mysteries and adventure. Also I won't tell you the end you can find that out yourself because I strongly recommend this book to anyone else. By the way I have the thumbs up from my brother and Oliver Merrill.

Stella was heart broken after and finally discovers the truth of what happened instead of a "car accident". Her aunt was a really evil women and dreamed of ruling the Saxby Hall, which their family was living there for years and years. When you first started the book it is really boring but if you keep looking at it, it will start to get interesting and funny. The ending of this book was really peaceful and happy, you find it out after you read it yourself. this story was full of mistery.....

Now let's get into the story. There is this person called Liam Digby who is 6 feet tall and guess what? He is only 13 years old! However, a lot of people didn't believe him, even teachers!

He has one wish and interest: space. He and his dad have different phones but everything is basically the same between the two. His dad has this app called DraxWorld. Sneakily, Liam, who is not doing well in his new school, used his phone during Computing at school and was invited to go to China (to play things about space, but he has to bring a kid with him) for being one of the best dads in the world.

I don't want to spoil the main part because it is actually really interesting reading how Liam acts as a Dad.

A war has started and the Dead Men get back together again to stop it with one new member Valkyrie Cain.
They have to retrieve The Engineer from an enemy sanctuary to shut down the accelerator. Valkyrie has to retrieve it by herself whilst the other six Dead Men hold the enemy of. When she meets the scientist Lamnet he challenges here to a game of riddles in which she completely gets wrong but takes The Engineer anyway.
They get out alive and can shut down the accelerator before it supercharges every magical being on the country, but wait The Engineer can’t process the information to do it and his extra brains in the English sanctuary! It’s up to the Dead Men to get it!

Durning camp, they played a game every Sunday nigh. The game was they had to spit in to two teams, a boy team and a girl team, with the objective of taking the other teams flag first. Who ever wins the game, gets to punish the other team. Vera’s job was to guard but she didn’t want to be alone, so she went and stole the fag by herself and won the game. Because she helped the team by winning, everyone began to like her and Vera made a lot of friends.

In the end, Vera made a lot of friends but she won’t go back to the camp again.

Many people have recommended it to me before such as Esther 7E , Kyle ( our class ) Flynn and others so I have always Ed been very intrigued and since I saw it on my kindle I have read it throughout the residential last week. I read the first and second one which is The Recruitment and Class A. I would really like to continue reading this series but unfortunately I will have to borrow it from school because they make you pay after the first and second book to get you hooked on. I will now summarise book one : the recruitment. The recruitment is about a boy called James who lived with his mother whose job was shoplifting. Most days his mum wouldn’t do much and was a bit fat and had got a tumour on he foot which she had to have surgery on so wasn’t allowed alcohol but she took way too much then while she was asleep she died. James and his stepsister Lauren were taken to a foster home care center/clinic but they behaved really badly so were put into cherub assessments by the principle who was secretly a former cherub agent. Cherub is a school for orphaned or foster kids where is they want to and they pass the test, they can join and face their biggest fear then they start basic training which is they pass , they can get missions and awards for missions are t shirts and the highest is navy and James got a navy on his first mission. Class A is about a mission he and his partners went on where they had to interact with other people but those other people took drug and one of the partners were kicked out of cherub because they took a class A drug which was cocain ( coke as they called it ) and another was nearly but their drug was class C. This could of ruined the whole mission but luckily James was able to get in touch with certain people and things worked out even if a cherub agent got kicked out even if they all knew that one rule out of very few Cherub had. Basically to make a long story short, it is a choose-your-own-adventure series. This book is about you choosing your path in the Sahara Desert and try and find a way out to the oasis, which there will be SOS and water and everything you need to survive in the desert. There are numerous obstacles for you to pass through and to make hard decisions, but I made it eventually to the oasis first try at home.

Not only it is a choose-your-own-adventure book, it also tells you about things that you should aware of in order to survive in the Sahara Desert. Furthermore, it gives you some tips about living in the Sahara Desert. Did you know that it is better not to eat anything because it makes you thirstier? Or you should wear loose clothes? Or sweat helps you live in the desert?

The plot thickens! I strongly recommend this to anyone who enjoys mystery and adventurous novels. The Darkest Minds is one of the best book series I've read in quite a while.

the ending of the demon dentist is happy and sad, after dad came down the mine and rammed a train into the tooth witch. They were on they’re way back up the mine when the tooth witch and fang were still chasing them but now they had no skin and were skeletons. Eventually when Gabz, dad and Alfie reached the elevator and were so close to the top of the mine when the tooth witch grabbed Gabz's foot through the floor of the elevator. when they reached the top the whole town was there and each one of them helped yank Gabz's foot from the tooth witch's grip. after a while Gabz is freed but dad gets pulled and cant get away so he sacrificed himself by cutting the wire to the elevator so that both himself and the tooth witch go down all the way to the bottom of the mine.

When Alfie and Winnie get back they realised that Alfie has no parents so winnie asks Alfie if he would let her adopt him and he says yes. After a while of being Winnie's son winnie decides she is going to get married but to who? RAJ
the local newsagent, Alfie was happy about this because he thought that it meant he would get all the chocolate he wanted.

The reason I am doing a review of this book for 8 year olds is because not many people may know what this is, since it has been overshadowed by its predecessor, AND it doesn’t have 2 movies about it. This is a sequel to Charlie and the chocolate factory, and it kicks off right where the previous book left off: The Buckets have been pushed into the elevator and it flies back through the hole in the house and high up, but the go a bit too high, and lend slap bang in the worlds most advanced space operations...

I would give this book a rating of about a 7/10, as it IS a sequel to a great book, but you may not like it as much since it is a book for 8 year olds

I am not going to repeat and continue straight on. Pogba had played for a lot of teams and had been the key player of the team. He has met great friends like Mamadou and Habib in his home area. As he grew up, he was signed by Man Utd, which he met Jesse Lingard, a current day English player and training with Ravel. However, his time in Man Utd wasn't going so well. He couldn't play in the starting lineup and he only played 3 games in a few years!

As a result, he joined Juventus and that's where he was at his high point. He played really amazing and helped the team win 6 cups in 3 years. Because of his playmaking, skills and attitude, he was selected to play for France. He led the country win the U-20 FIFA World Cup in 2013 and were UEFA Euro Runners-Up! He was also awarded the Golden Boy plus the Golden Ball award in 2013!

After he has got all he wanted in Italy, he carried his talents back to Man Utd, which had Ibrahimovic, Rashford and Lingard in the team.

Extra Notes:
Pogba has been a mix of star and trouble for Man Utd. Before 2016, he was used strongly by former Man Utd coach José Mourinho and that led to a win of the Europa League in 2016. However, Pogba was starting to get very greedy and he had a fight with Mourinho for 10 months. 10 months later, Mourinho was fired and Pogba's youth Man Utd coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjær was in charge. It started good but they fell to 6th place in the end. Pogba is in free agency this year, and recently Real Madrid and Juventus are both willing to sign him.

The book I am introducing is called 100 Facts: Space. It has 100 facts inside the book about space, Milky Way, astronaut and a lot more stuff. It also has a lot of pictures and a lot of words, so I recommend people from 6 to 14 to read this book.

It is really good, so if you want to be an astronaut, you should definitely read this book.

Ps: There is not a lot to write about this book, so sorry for everyone who blamed that it was too short...

The first 4 parts of the book are actually quite interesting, and it talks about, ummm, language, coins, and history (I know it sound very boring, but the book's written with a sense of humour, which stops this from being on my bad books list)
The next few book reviews are actually going to be on the individual parts themselves, because i HAVE to drag this massive book out at least a little.
