Hey everyone!
It has been great getting to interact with you all through this class. I have learned so much through our discussions and have thought about our readings differently than I would have before. Thank you for being vulnerable at times and sharing your honest thoughts, it helped me to grow as a learner and as a person.

I'm really so bad at goodbyes! It's that time of year, though, when everyone is gearing up to say farewell and "so long!" to those graduating and taking new opportunities. While, of course, I want to say how much I've learned from the course and from our readings and case study, I really want to say how much I've learned from all of you in this class. Even though we were small in number, that helped me to connect with all of you in some form or another. I know very intimate details of your lives that you so graciously shared with me and the class. I know how you view issues, how you speak to subjects that inspire you, and how you interact with strangers. Thank you for choosing me to be part of your life story and learning life journey. Hope to see you all "on the other side!" :-)

Thank you all for making my first online course such a positive experience! I learned a great deal from your posts, questions and comments. Your reflections and stories allowed me to view the readings from your perspective and this really enhanced my learning experience. I have a poster in my workspace that says "The only place knowledge comes before learning is in the dictionary." This course proved that to be true. I wish you all the best in your graduate studies and hope to cross paths in future courses!

I like that quote above, "You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed." I wrote that down at my desk. Goodbye everybody, it has been a fun quarter. I'm sure I will see some of you in other classes as we carry on our degrees. Email is always open if anyone needs anything. It has been fun!

It's been fun getting to know and learning from you all in this class. While I don't particularly like goodbyes but since all goodbyes lead to new hellos, it's not all that bad. I hope that you will succeed in whatever path you choose, and may our paths cross again someday. Or like in a few weeks, when summer classes start :)

Thank you all (and a special thank you to Stacey) for welcoming me to the world of online learning. It was a very new experience for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed the change of pace. While some aspects were a larger adjustment than others, it was great to learn about each of your stories via this platform. I look forward to continuing to work with each of you as I continue my studies at SU, and learning more about myself as an adult learner.

Have a great summer, everyone!
Lucas
