Might consider doing learning journeys to have a different idea to incorporate into this version. was thinking along the lines of gaming centres? Sandbox VR? Gaming cafes?

The team will be a safe space, where we can keep the lines of communication open, and be respectful in our disagreements.
To let PM/DPM/PS know if anyone is struggling/has concerns, rather than wait till you're drowning.
If there are any issues or mistakes, it's not the end of the world, there will always be solutions!
To have fun and to try and remember that tough times never last.
To be resilient and remember that this project goes beyond just KPIs.

Understanding that we may have different things we value about working on this project
Nobody’s time is more valuable than others, hence we should do our best to help each other to accomplish our shared goals (so we can all enjoy the rest of our valuable time hehe)
