Feedback
+ awareness of different student needs (autism spectrum students potentially impacted by visual stimuli)
+ consideration for what your students need: differentiation, stimuli, engagement, freshness
+ predictable (emotionally safe) systems and rhythms for students to follow - you make your expectations clear so they know how to achieve for you
- caution: don't throw the baby out with the bath water. If what you're doing works, then don't change it too much. You are probably doing more good/help/teaching/pushing than you realize. Don't overhaul your entire instructional strategy; keep it simple
- What does the research say about how to best implement differentiation? What are other teachers doing that works?
- Consider asking your students for their ideas. Perhaps your colleagues are doing things that work for kids already. Then you're gaining a consistency as well
-

Deep strategic planning when it comes to figuring out a useful way to use the current technological platform in order to better differentiate tasks. I'm kinda on the same spectrum of it too. Finding some engaging tasks and assignments based on each student's level could be much helpful and students will definitely end up learning more about the content and thus moving forward in Bloom's complexity levels.
