Firstly, I generated multiple ideas of different segments for the livestream, those can be seen below. Having discussions and receiving feedback on my initial ideas to see whether they would work, be doable and if they are even entertaining to watch. 
Once in a group, i discussed with everyone what my ideas are and received opinions and feedback. As well as listening to everyone else's ideas. 
After that we decided which ideas are the best to go forward with and will do the best on our livestream. Plus, we allocated what members of the group should take on each job role, I have been chosen to be the livestream producer. 
When we had eventually decided on what ideas to move forward with and include in our livestream, research began. Starting with research into the nostalgia segments about throwback TV shows from our childhood. 
Next week, research will be our priority and planing the the order of our livestream, with estimations of how long each segment should take.

In the end we decide with:
Producer- Sam Cotterill
Director- Rhea Annabelle
Vision mixer- Bella Buckminster 
Broadcast Presenters- Shannon Borton and Charlie Arnold
We then also discussed our ideas further, changing some of them so they are more achievable and entertaining.With these ideas for both live sections and VT sections decided fully,  we planned out and created an organised timetable of how the 30 minutes live stream will take place. Taking into consideration the timings. 
We then had a brief tour of the sound recording studio and the equipment/ software which we will use. Allowing us to have an idea of what we will be working with and where we will be hosting our stream from. 
After, i assigned some jobs for each member of the group to do so we could begin the preparation and planning for the livestream.  Therefore, Bella and Rhea came up with their gameshow VT idea for a segment, Shannon and Charlie worked on a livestream name, branding, logo, ident, etc, whilst i created a location recce for the Sound Recording room. 

Next week, the tasks to complete will include; Shannon continuing to create the name, ident, logo and ident for the stream. As well as completing all the paperwork such as location recces and shot-lists ready for the VT sections. 
Plus beginning research towards the live sections. 

My personal goals for next week will include making sure everyone, including myself are on top of their work and the VT's have been fully planned and paperwork completed. 

The strengths of the project this week is our group work, as i think we worked very well as a group. Listening and sharing ideas successfully to come up with a livestream plan which everyone is happy with. Also the livestream name generations and branding creation went well and we managed to come up with a theme that everyone was happy with. 

However, i think the weakness was that the group didn't really use our time wisely, when we should have been planning our live segments and doing research so the ideas are fully realised.

We arranged and planned the VT, coming up with a filming date for next week. I then went on to create a Location Recce, Risk Assessment, Call Shot, Storyboard and shotlist for the VT. 
Then as a whole group, I think we have certainly began to get stuck in to the Livestream preparation. Having a good chunk of  pre-production complete for both VT's, the branding/ident created, research and planning towards the live section started, as well as beginning the script for the livestream. 
By next week, ideally we will have one VT filmed and mostly edited (the cooking show) , pre production paperwork complete for the other VT so its completely ready to be filmed as soon as possible and also make a decent start on the presenters livestream script.
My own target for next week is to make sure Shannon and I film the VT effectively so it does its job and looks professional . As well as editing the footage after so it fits within the 6 minute segment and is entertaining and flows well.
This week the strengths of the project  definitely include the pre production paperwork which has been complete for one of the VT's, this is a big strength as it means it's something which we don't need to worry about now and is ready for filming.  Another strength is the ident/branding which Shannon has worked hard on and created, it looks brilliant! 
However, the weakness this week is probably the pre-production that has been complete for the other VT as there is still a lot to do which isn't ideal because we need to film the VT as soon as possible. Therefore, as producer and group member I has been harder to complete work as well as assign work to others and track their progress. However, personally this week as of Wednesday I have completed the outline structure for our livestream, updated my VT risk assessment but most importantly I have filmed our cooking VT with Shannon. 
As I mentioned, I can't really report on the progress of the whole group as I am unsure what others have done accept Shannon who worked hard with me as we filmed the VT together. Plus, no one has reported back to me as producer informing me on what they have completed with week nor have they posted anything on our group padlet page. Which is rather disappointing. 
Furthermore, by the time we return to college for our next week of work on this livestream, ideally the cooking VT will be complete or nearly complete in terms of editing. The second VT will have all completed pre production paperwork so we can instantly film and there will be a good script draft created for the livestream. 
I think my personal target is to work on the VT footage and attempt to edit it so its nearly ready in its 6 minute VT segment form. Plus, im definitely aiming to have the other group members working harder and actually contributing their work onto the padlet page. 
The strengths are certainly mine and Shannons effort and hard work towards the cooking VT. 
Then on the other hand, the weaknesses of the group at the moment is probably the lack of work being done towards the other livestream segments, in particular the research and script which I have been asking for.

However, as of 3rd Janary, just before college begins for 2021, I have attempted to edit mine and Shannon's cooking show VT. Completing it to the best of my ability. 
Also as producer of my group I am also disappointed to say that although we've all had multiple weeks to get on with our own smaller individual tasks for this project and I have absolutely let everyone know about different tasks they can be getting on with which they promised me they are.
