There has been tons of information shared about the IRA — what is and is not in it — but not a lot of the smaller groups (<$1M) have the skills or capacity to make use of those funding opportunities. As a result, it’s Big Greens, cities, and corporations who are most primed to take advantage of the funding — which is not in line with Jemez and EJ principles.

I believe more internal conversations to build understandable and forward steps.
