I like that she did half her face high end makeup and the other is poundland make up. She is bubbly and entertaining about it so i would do something like this but not have it as long as 12 minutes is a bit too long and i feel like she could lose people's attention.

My video will be around 6 - 8 minutes long as i feel like that's ample of time and won't lose views or peoples attention.

I like the idea of coming back to see how well it has lasted in comparison to when its first put on. I feel like this would be good for my vlog. Yet again the video is 15 minutes long and would lose views attention by this point  




When i did my secondary research there is a few videos like what i'm going to do however there are some changes i'm going to do the qaudiance rate will be high as fewer people have done this type of video. 

I think there is a gap in the vlogging industry and my video will fit it perfectly.

My first idea is makeup tutorial where my mum does my makeup.  She doesn't know what most products are used for.

Idea two- 
My second idea is a review on ‘Stranger Things’ and why so many people watch it. I would show some clips and over voice it talking about the deeper meaning behind it and what they have used to make people addicted to watching it.

Opportunities - doing more reviews 

Threats- most people have watched stranger things so i feel like it isn't a big audience to have watch.

Idea three- testing different makeup brands and how long they stay and how long the make up can stay on for. cheap make up vs high end

people have done testing make up tutorials and most people watch the same you-tuber.

i had a deadline to get the work done to which i met which means that i am skilled at time management and i have used my imagination. 

i am confident with my idea and feel like it will work.

i used independence by not asking for help wile planning for my vlog

When doing a focus group with 4 males and 5 females i came to the conclusion that my first idea was better as it would be more amusing and would have a bigger audience rather than my other ones. 
The vlog will also me more embarrassing to me which adds to the humor, the vlog will be around 4 minutes long so that it will be entertaining but not drag out for too long this is so i don't lose my audience. 
Doing the vlog would lead to doing more and having other people in the vlogs sometimes too.
